Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must still contain all appropriate parts and components and the packaging must be in the same condition as the product received.
- The product must show normal use; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
- Products for which hygiene is important must have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
- The product must have been found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
- The return will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, it will be officially accepted within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you will need to follow the steps below to start the return process:

- Please make sure the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return request
- Product photo in case of damage
- Customer's name and surname
- Customer address
After receiving this information, we will contact you and provide you with the correct return address.
Never send the return to the sender's address; we will provide you with the correct address after your request. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.
The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a contract for purposes not predominantly related to his commercial or professional activity:
A. CANCELLATION POLICY
Right to erasure
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you who is not the carrier, received or accepted the last item.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, and refunds are not possible upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VestiTendenza) by means of a clear statement (for example by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal will be considered completed only after we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Recording of shipments in transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit, it will not be possible to cancel the order. Please wait until you receive the goods and return them later. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your intention to withdraw.
To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (for example, additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us). The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and the returned goods.
For this refund we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
